A new Oliver Bonas store is set to open in Essex next month and it will be the county’s first.
The lifestyle brand will open its doors on Bond Street in Chelmsford, in the former Jack Wills store.
Work has taken place inside what will be the new Oliver Bonas store to prepare it, and window displays announced the new store will open in August.

Oliver Bonas has over 70 stores in the UK and Ireland. It describes itself as “an independent British lifestyle store, designing our own take on fashion and housewares”.
Jack Wills stayed on Bond Street, moved across the street, and opened in the old Oasis store, which closed last year.

Oliver Bonas isn’t the only brand considering relocating to Bond Street. Last month, plans were approved to open a beauty business in Dubai, NBAR, in a currently empty unit across the street.
The company has received permission to transform the old Accessorize store into a beauty salon.
