The Catalytic Fund
A prominent feature of the northern Kentucky skyline is the ascent of the Roebling Bridge. Architect Daniel Libeskind envisioned it as “a living work of art that breathes the soul and uplifts the spirit”.
This week’s episode from Beyond the Curb: River City Living takes viewers inside the dramatic structure.
The Ascent’s shape and color was inspired by the Ohio River, the Roebling Bridge, and the Kentucky Hills. Inside, the contemporary lobby and friendly concierge staff provide residents and visitors with an elegant welcome.
In the episode, you’ll see some of the amenities available in the fitness areas and the private club level, including the wine racks and tasting room, party area, and library-cafe-bar. The huge terrace on this level overlooks the Roebling Bridge and the river.
Inside the featured condo, the contemporary style continues with the furnishings and floor plan. Walls of windows, along with two decks, give this condo an almost 270-degree view of the river and the Cincinnati skyline.
As Libeskind envisioned it, the Ascent offers “a lifestyle unlike any Ohio, Kentucky or Indiana.”
New episodes of the series are released on Fridays and the entire series can be viewed at www.BeyondtheCurb.org/video-tours.
